Full Day: $1200 plus GST with kitchen- until 1 AM
Half Day: $900 plus GST with kitchen
Security Deposit: $750 in separate cheque (required for full or half day rental)

Notes:
Building capacity is 210 guests.
Special Liability Insurance starts at $150 for up to 110 people and goes up to a maximum of $300 for 210 people.
Liquor licences are obtained from any government liquor store and are $25.
Damage Deposit is required in a separate cheque.
Payment is required at the time of booking, to be paid 7 days prior to the event.
Any events scheduled a year or more in advance require a 40% down payment at time of booking and the balance paid 7 days prior to the event.
*Board members of East Kelowna Community Hall entitled to a 10% discount on rental rates.
* Non-profit societies are entitled to 10% discount on rental rates.
